  • Mixed-mode ventilation combined with Thermally Activated Building Systems (TABS) via embedded chilled water pipes within the structural coffer slabs for thermal comfort and indoor air quality.
  • Rainwater harvesting for irrigation and toilet flushing.
  • Building itself used as a learning medium through energy, water and indoor air quality live displays and information cards on sustainability features scattered throughout the public areas.
  • Innovative atrium tent-like roof structure to build flexibility into the design and provide a multi-use light-filled space.
